BBQ Feta

The perfect addition to your summer barbecue. This sweet, salty block of goodness makes a wonderful accompaniment to watermelon in a salad, side, or even as a topping for a burger or sausage sandwich.

Ingredients
1 Block Feta
3 stems lemon thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1tsp honey- I used Maine Blueberry Honey for extra sweetness and a fruity kick
1 sprinkle black garlic powder

Method
Place the feta in some foil, add all ingredients on top, wrap and grill for 10 minutes on each side until the cheese has been infused. Serve with fresh bread, grilled watermelon, and vegan sausages.
