1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Black pepper to taste
3 tbsp ground flax seeds
5 drops liquid smoke (optional)

Method
Preheat the oven to 410°F/ 210°C.
In a large bowl, mash the beans using a masher, fork, or your hands.
Mix the other ingredients with a spoon.
Form into small balls, flatten slightly, and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 410°F/ 210°C for 18 mins.

Serve alongside a zesty salad and a fruity drink for the perfect light summer meal.
